Our storyA local Ipswich cleaning business with one simple obsession: the bits everyone else walks past.
Kristy's Cleaning Co. started the way most good small businesses do — someone got tired of watching things be done halfway. Benches wiped but cupboard doors sticky. Floors mopped but window tracks full of grit. Bond cleans that came back with a list from the agent.
So we built the business around the opposite habit: a written checklist for every room, every time, and a rule that we don't leave a job we wouldn't be happy to hand back to our own landlord.
Today we clean homes right across Ipswich and the surrounding suburbs — regular fortnightly families, landlords between tenants, people selling up, and plenty of renters who just want their bond back without the drama.

We'd rather quote an extra hour than rush and leave the tracks, filters and frames for "next time".
If we say Thursday morning, it's Thursday morning. If something goes wrong, you hear it from us first.
If a stain won't come out or a job needs more time, we say so upfront — not after the invoice.
Shoes off, pets safe, kids' things where you left them. We treat it like someone's home, because it is.
