A small team, treated properly

We're not a franchise and there's no call centre. You'll know who you're working with and what's expected before you walk in the door.

Fair, on-time pay

Above-award rates for experienced cleaners, paid weekly. Travel between jobs is accounted for, not absorbed.

Hours that fit

School-hours, weekends-only or full weeks. Tell us your availability and we roster around it where we can.

Trained, not thrown in

You're paired with someone experienced for your first jobs and you work to a written checklist — never guessing.

Gear supplied

Products, equipment and consumables are provided, plus branded shirts. You don't fund the business out of your pocket.

Local runs

Work is clustered around Ipswich and the surrounding suburbs — not an hour up the highway between every job.

Respect, both ways

We back our cleaners with customers. If a job's been misquoted or a house isn't safe to work in, we sort it — you don't wear it.

Regular residential cleans across a set run of homes. The bread and butter of what we do.

Detailed end-of-lease work against exit reports. Suits someone methodical who likes finishing a house properly.

Hot water extraction work, often paired with bond cleans. Training provided if you're mechanically minded.

Team Leader

Run a two or three person crew on bigger jobs, check the work before it's signed off, and keep the day on schedule.

Hiring questions

Before you apply

For most roles yes — jobs are spread across suburbs and there's equipment to carry. If you don't drive, apply anyway and note it; we occasionally pair people up on a run.
Not for domestic cleaning — we'll train you and you'll shadow someone experienced first. Bond, vacate and carpet work does need experience or a genuine willingness to be trained properly.
No. Products, machines and consumables are supplied. If you're applying as a subcontractor with your own ABN and gear, tick that option and we'll talk it through.
Regular residential runs are the same clients on the same days, so yes — that becomes your routine. Bond and one-off work moves around more.
Requirements should be confirmed by Kristy before this page goes live. Working in people's homes usually means a police check is expected — tick it on the form if you already hold one.
We read it, and if it looks like a fit we'll call you for a chat, then a short trial clean paired with someone experienced. You'll hear back either way.
